FAQ | Blue Minds Wellness All-Natural Ointment

Question 1

What is Blue Minds Wellness rubbing ointment?

Accepted Answer

Blue Minds Wellness rubbing ointment is an all-natural topical formula made from plant-derived ingredients including Arnica extract, Menthol from peppermint, Eucalyptus oil, Beeswax, and Coconut oil. It is designed for external use to help soothe tired muscles and provide cooling relief.

Question 2

Does it contain any synthetic chemicals or artificial additives?

Accepted Answer

No. Our formula contains zero synthetic chemicals, artificial fragrances, preservatives, or fillers. Every ingredient is plant-derived and chosen for a specific purpose. What you see on the label is exactly what is in the jar.

Question 3

What does the ointment smell like?

Accepted Answer

The ointment has a clean, natural scent from its botanical ingredients — primarily a fresh, cooling aroma from Menthol and Eucalyptus oil. There are no artificial fragrances added.

Question 4

What makes Blue Minds Wellness different from other topical products?

Accepted Answer

Most commercial topical products rely on synthetic compounds and artificial additives. Blue Minds Wellness uses only natural, plant-based ingredients in a small-batch formula crafted right here in Lincoln, Nebraska. You get a product made with intention and integrity — not mass-produced in a factory.

Question 5

What are the active ingredients in the ointment?

Accepted Answer

The key botanical ingredients are: Arnica extract (traditionally used to soothe tired muscles), Menthol from peppermint (provides cooling sensation), Eucalyptus oil (natural anti-inflammatory properties), Beeswax (creates a protective barrier), and Coconut oil (nourishing carrier oil that supports absorption).

Question 6

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Our formula is made with gentle, natural ingredients. However, everyone's skin is different. We recommend doing a small patch test on a discreet area before full application. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use. If you have known allergies to any of our ingredients, please consult your healthcare provider before use.

Question 7

Can children use this product?

Accepted Answer

This product should be kept out of reach of children. We recommend consulting a pediatrician before using any topical product on children.

Question 8

Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

Accepted Answer

We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before using any topical product during pregnancy. Ingredients like Menthol and Eucalyptus oil may not be suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

Question 9

Can I use it on my face or near my eyes?

Accepted Answer

No. This product is for external use on the body only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and broken or irritated skin. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Question 10

How do I apply the ointment?

Accepted Answer

Apply a small amount to the affected area and massage gently in a circular motion until absorbed. You can repeat this up to 3–4 times daily as needed. Always wash your hands after application.

Question 11

How much should I use per application?

Accepted Answer

A small, pea-sized amount is typically sufficient for most areas. You do not need to apply a thick layer — the formula is concentrated and absorbs well with gentle massage.

Many users notice the cooling sensation from Menthol and Eucalyptus almost immediately upon application. The soothing effects of Arnica typically build with consistent use over time.
